Training begins on Sunday 5th September at McCracken Park. Training will now commence at 10:00am for two hours.

Bring plenty of fluids as we are hoping to step up the intensity of the training to enable us to cope with the extra game time we will experience this season.

 First macth will be away at Tynedale on Sunday 3rd October, where we will be joined by Alnwick !! Tough match to start the season with, but a good measure of how the first few weeks training have gone.
